2. Ticket Booking & Purchase

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice.

2.2 A valid government-issued photo ID is required for travel. The name on the ticket must match the ID.

2.3 Children under 2 travel free when sitting on an adult's lap. Children 2-12 receive a 50% discount.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund (minus $5 service fee).

3.2 Cancel 2-24 hours before departure for a 50% refund as travel credit.

3.3 No-shows are non-refundable.

3.4 Flexible tickets allow free changes up to 2 hours before departure.

Passengers must follow all crew instructions, refrain from disruptive behavior, and comply with all applicable laws. RailVoyage USA reserves the right to remove passengers who violate these rules without refund.

Each passenger may bring 2 carry-on bags (max 50 lbs each) and 2 checked bags (max 50 lbs each). Additional baggage fees apply. Certain items are prohibited including firearms, explosives, and hazardous materials.

6. Service Disruptions

In case of delays or cancellations caused by RailVoyage USA, passengers will be rebooked on the next available train at no additional cost. Compensation may be offered for significant delays (3+ hours).

7. Limitation of Liability

RailVoyage USA's liability is limited to the ticket price. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
